Do you like to work on micro niches?

Micro niche is a topic that is related to a narrow subject. For instance, pet is a niche but dog is a micro niche, if you continue to niche down, dog would be a generic niche but German Shepard would be a micro niche. I have never worked on micro niche but I very much want to try this. What about you? Would you want to work on micro niche?
