If you are buying your first domain than better you grab it free with your hosting package otherwise you can have look in Internet bs : https://internetbs.net//. as it have domain at affordable price for me and I'm using from 2009.

I can only think of Namecheap at this moment.

I am sure there are other websites which offer a cheap price to register a domain at first. Still, you will have to pay attention to renewal costs as well. So, it's better to consider everything before you select a domain registrar.
