Do you host celebrations on your forums? (Birthdays/anniversaries, etc)

When running a forum do you guys ever host celebrations and or parties right on the forum itself? I've never done this, but I imagine there are people who do set up celebrations or events like this. Do you think it'd be a good idea to host a party on a forum? How do you think it'd even work?

No, I don't host my forum members birthdays. The only thing which I do is make a post to wish them happy birthday. It's more than enough good gesture from me. It's my forum anniversary I celebrate with a small contest.

No, I do not host any kind of celebrations on my forums. My forums are mainly to share information and opinions on something, and they are not platforms to have fun. I am trying to build my forums as a resource board on certain niches.
