I have never been sued and I sure hope to never have to deal with it. But I am curious, if you're a business owner and are sued over your business, do you ever have to close the business down while the case goes on? Or can you stay in business unless legally forced to close?

I have fought a lot of legal battles because of property ownership but I have never been sued for my business. In our country, unless it is criminal offense like murder or corruption, you can continue working even when you are sued.
