Do you have plugins that detect offensive words and phrases?

If you run a forum, I would advise setting a filter or using a plugin to help block out offensive words and phrases on your forum. A lot of forums use filters to block out certain offensive words. That's a good step to take, but some people find ways of saying those things, sometimes by changing up the wording or using graphics to do it. Anyway, do you guys use any plugins or tools that detect offensive worlds or phrases on your forum? And when it catches those words, does it block them out or replace them with something tame?

I do not use any plugins that blocks offensive words on my forums. My forums are small and I manually check all posts. However on my blogs, I have blocked offensive words on comments. However, I do not use any plugin for that purpose. I have blocked words through comment settings
