When it comes to having a website, it can be a good idea to make your site visible to all, especially those who are visually impaired, even the blind. There are tools on the web you can utilize if you're blind in order to access the web. I'm sure there are tools out there geared to helping the blind use the website.

With that being said, do you use any tools on your site to help those visually impaired access it easier? If so, what tools do you use and what ones would you suggest?

At the moment all sites that I have do not have features for the visually impaired and I can't say I have looked to see what is available to allow that on my sites. There is more than likely something out there that I could add that would make it so that people who are visually impaired could use my sites with ease. I am actually curious now so will be taking a look and doing some research.

Most of the website owners doesn't want head ache they just implement ready functions or import ready plugins and that is all and doesn't give time for example for generate new backend function with sql lite or even create javascript security metrics or even new react component, they just most of the time use everything ready and pay a bug fixer if there is is an issue in react dom or vue js or any technology implemented for the purpose.

Yes, I do have features for people who are visually handicapped. Nowadays, a lot of web development platforms come with built-in accessibility tools like text-to-speech, screen readers, and other tools that facilitate web usage for people with visual impairments. Also, I use proper coding techniques, including using descriptive alt tags for photos, steady navigation and heading frameworks, and other functionalities that simplify the process for vision challenged users to browse the material.

Some chirigucal operations could implement a camera in place of broken eye and this is costly operation nowadays but may the price will be reduced over the time because we could have accident to lose ability to see like diabetes for example then resee world will be the best feature even the operation costs a lot of money for us.

I have never thought about that and have never done it myself. In fact I have never been on any website that has been designed in a way that is also accessible to visually impaired people. I don't know if that is possible.
