Do you have any employees?

I have a LLC, so I could get employees, but my travels prevent me from staying in a certain place more than 6 months. So I like to hire project based than keep someone on a 'retainer' for an entire month

That's really cool dojo :) What websites do you have as assets of your company? :)

I have site staff, not employees. They help with posting in the site, as well as moderating forums. And they don't ask for a single cent. I do give them a cut of what I earn from the site from time to time, but they never actually ask for it.

Once you start to earn something from your site, its a nice idea to give something back as an appreciation to the staffs. I mean its their hard work too.
I myself have been planning this! :)

Well I'd like all your posts if you decided to do that :p But we have to become bigger first!

And since we're all real life friends, earning is actually a side thing we worry about. We just enjoy running the site together, is all. Seeing our visitors' gratitude is enough thanks for us, but the earnings don't hurt as well.

As an entrepreneur, do you have any employees yet? I can't say I do but what about you? :)
I have 1 online freelancer that I frequently give jobs too when I have a lot of orders. I don't pay him much, because he doesn't have any real responsibility and the task given are quite easy.

No employees that are paid or anything like that, but I've got a few staff members that work on our team to help with services and to moderate :)

I have never had any full-time employees. Like most people, there is a need to outsource tasks from time to time. There is no need for permanent employees unless a website/project became hugely popular that revenue went through the roof.
