Strategies Do you have a scarcity or growth mindset?

There are some forum admins with a scarcity mindset: you feel like you're fighting over the same members, the same staff, the same strategy as other forums.

There are other forum admin with a growth mindset: you are focused on growing the audience and trying to creatively reach out to new people.

Which one are you?

I think I have growth mindset. I am not trying to introduce the same strategies or features that most forums are trying to implement, I am not fighting over the users or staff and trying to bring them on my forums. sadly, having a growth mind set and actually being able to implement growth strategies and growing your forum are two different things.
