Do you have a pension with each company you worked with?

Pension payments are usually issued when you work for a company, they will pay a portion to it every paycheck you make. When you have worked, did you work for multiple companies over the years? Did you get a pension with each one? Do those payments all go to one pension? Or will it be a pension per company?
