If you own a big business or company, does it have a break room for your employees? Like a place for the employees to sit and relax between the job and after work. Or maybe you have a thing going on like Google does, where they have designated areas with couches and recliners for them all to relax?

I think a break room is ideal for all businesses, especially if you have a lot of employees. What do you think?

I have operated three offline businesses in the past, a publishing house, a restaurant, and a dairy farm, however none of my businesses had a break room. My staff received launch breaks and they would normally grout for lunch. I my restaurant, my staff would take breaks and sit in the cabins if those cabins were ot occupied by customers.

This is a very great idea and many companies understand that this way increases the efficiency of employees, but not in our company, because there they believe that you need to be focused on work all the time and not be distracted by rest.

That's fair. Not all businesses will need one, but it's nice to have one just in case.

Well they could use it as a break room, of a room were employees go to relax during their breaks only.
