If you have more staff or moderators working on your forum, do you feel like it's only right to make use of division of labour in order to make sure that all of them are working actively on the forum?

You can do this by assigning each section management to a one moderator to oversee what goes on there as well as the others.

Have you considered doing that on your forum?

Well, I have not implemented this strategy, however, on the forums where I am staff, there are divisions of labor. I am a package team member on a couple of forums and I only look for posting packages.

I do not have a site or forum that needs moderators, but i believe division of labour would definitely be very important division of labour would prevent the work from pressing a particular person and would also make work flow a lot easier and smoother.
