Do you give all of your employees the holidays off?

If you're a business owner, or shop owner, do you give all of your employees the holidays off? Like Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, etc. In the US some jobs do while others don't. Would you be a company that does give days off for those days and other holidays?

When I was running a restaurant, I gave just one day off to my staff. Holiday also means business is booming, a lot of people like to dine out during holiday seasons and we used to make a lot of sales during the holidays. Instead of a holiday off, I used to give holiday bonus to my staff.

I work in construction, so for many of the common holidays where people are entertaining, hosting, or having family over, we usually take those off because so does everyone else, and quite frankly nobody wants us in their home anywhere.

Then there's the plethora of minor holidays that don't mean much to most people and we will still work through those ones.
