Do you ever get emails from users asking about your site? Maybe asking how you built it, when it was built, what made you build it, etc. I've gotten emails from people asking me where I came up with the idea, or why I chose to get into said subjects. Have you ever gotten emails suggesting ideas? Maybe they also bring up their concerns and dislikes as well?

We have a contact form, but over the years it's primarily been used as spam and registration issues. I don't recall a time when someone used it for a legit question.

About 99 percent emails I receive through contact page on my websites are spam. Once in a while I do get inquiries about my website such as how do I build contents, how do I get traffic, am I willing to partner with other webistes, etc. These querries are mostly form website owers like me.

I have seen on several forums where they have suggestion and feedback section or tab. All members are free to make their suggestions and give feedback on the forum. It's also a place to report any bug experienced when using the forum. It's a better option than having members sending you emails for such.
