A lot of people blog and expect people to follow their blog. However they never return the favor of follow blogs themselves. I can say I do this and I'm not too proud of it.

Do you follow blogs, if so what's your favorite?

I don't have very many blogs that I follow. I do follow one in particular. I keep up with and follow hers because I feel like we have similar interests and it's interesting to read her articles.

When I had my own blogs a long time ago, I would follow other people's blogs, but many of them never followed my blogs back. They never followed other people I knew online back either. Some people would want to follow my blogs and then stopped following my blogs once I followed their blogs. All they did it for was to get more followers. I stopped after a while since it really didn't accomplish anything in the long run.

I don't follow blogs as in getting email notifications, but I return to this one controversial blog quite regularly.

A lot of people blog and expect people to follow their blog. However hey never return the favor of follow blogs themselves.

I wonder how someone could motivate this behavior. For instance, what are some free methods?
