Do you feel prepared to design your own apartment?

I'm speaking more from the perspective of an investor because most people cannot afford intricate and pricey repairs, so when you purchase a new apartment to sell it for more money, you hardly ever need to do them. Is it worthwhile to make a basic design yourself?

What do you mean by design, do you mean to create a plan on paper bit build your apartment? Well, these days there are apps that can help you design anything, including apartment. Sadly, I am not financially capable to built my own apartment.
