Do you ever recruit staffs for increasing activity?

I don't know, y not give a try. I tried some ways but didn't work much so trying this method.

I've done it in the past and it's messed some things up unfortunately. Always be careful when recruiting staff members and make sure it is not just purely to increase activity as that staff member can end up a dud.
