Do you dress up whenever you go out?

When you get out and about, do you like to dress up often? I will dress up everytime I go out, but I just wear a tshirt (hoodie if cold out) and a basic pair of jeans or shorts (if hot). I don't dress too fancy, I just dress for comfort. What is your preference? Do you like to dress up whenever you leave your house?

I dress up whenever I go out even if it is for shopping or visiting a friend. Nowadays, I do not take that much effort to dress up if I am running some errands in my neighborhood.
