Do you comment on all contents in your forum?

As a forum owner, do you think that it's necessary for you to comment on all contents that's posted on your forum? Would it even be possible for someone to do it without getting burnt out? I'm very sure that there are some contents one wouldn't have any knowledge on which will make it very difficult to add a useful reply in it which is why I don't think that it's necessarily important to reply all contents in your forum.

I personally try to as much as possible, it is an area in my niche that I have knowledge about.

I try to participate in each area of a forum I'm a staff member of. As a general member I sometimes even try to spread out my posting a bit when I can. I do struggle in debate/political discussion because it just sucks my soul out, but otherwise I'm a participant of other areas.

If I have something worthy to say about the topic on hand or can relate to it in general, I will generally reply to it. If I cannot relate to a topic one of my members has created, I probably won't have anything of value to add.

I would try to avoid that situation. It would make me look like a show off or narcissist, something like that. It just comes across as annoying.

I don't see it necessary to post in every topic that opens in the forum.

I try to participate in every thread created on my forum, however if it's a topic I'm not familiar with I will ignore the thread as I wouldn't have anything to add to the thread that would be worth posting.

I used to reply to everything when Christianity Haven first began. Now that Malcolm and I created Promotion Future, I want other names to be seen when people log in and not just my name, so I purposely do not reply to everything. It's hard to hold back though.

Some of the other comments here have hit basically every point I wanted to make.

Not only is it not important that I be involved in every conversation that takes place on my website, but it could be perceived as an annoyance by others, especially if I'm not bringing anything of value to the conversation.
