Do you bring in pest control before selling a house?

Do you guys bring in pest control before you sell your house or property? I ask because I think it'd be a good idea to do a quick run-through of the property to make sure there is no infestation of bugs or other annoying things like rats for example. I imagine it could cost a lot to have pest control come in and do a check of the property, but wouldn't you want to sell a house that's for sure clean before selling it?
