Do you believe in getting members to a webmaster forum from social networking websites?

It can happen, but very rarely imo. So I can say I don't believe in this.
Most of those people on social networks are probably only interested in entertainment and various other stuffs.

If you think otherwise, probably you can give us some tips on this!

I think Twitter is a good way to get members, you just have to promote a lot and focus on individual people. Get the name out and people will come.
