Do you always fill up your phone to the max?

When you add files to your phone, how long does it take for you to fill it up? Whether it be from apps, music, videos, pictures etc, do you always fill up your phone storage to the max? Or do you do some spring cleaning every once in a while to make sure you have enough storage?

What do you do when your phone is filled up to the max? Do you delete some apps? Or go through your files?

Currently, I have so little space o my phone. My phone is mostly filled with digital media. When this happens, I usually transfer my files to my computer.
