Do you allow Meme's on your forum?

While some of them are funny, some can also be very offensive. Do you allow these little pictures to substitute posts on several occasions, let them be allowed or just deny users the permission to post them?

Some people categorize them as spam.

It depends on if they go well with the topic at hand. If they are meant well, and on topic then I do not allow them, as long as they are in bounds within the rules, and go good with everything I have no problem with them, it's when they don't and go against the rules that I'll remove it, and issue the person a warning.
