Do you allow members or staff members to be able to hide their online status on your forum? Maybe you do this yourself and on other forums? What are some of the reasons you hide your online status?

I disable it on all 4 of my IP.Board installations. Since it allows everyone or no one to be hidden, I make it no one.

But why? Why don't you want members to be hidden ( assuming that staff is a member too ) ?
I find it really useful when I'm busy, but want to visit some forums without getting disturbed by uninvited PM's
