If you are a business owner and hired on employees, do you allow them to use their phones during work? Like, maybe you allow them to have it on them during work, and during an off time they can take it out and do whatever, but once work comes in, they need to put the phone away until that work is done. Or maybe you allow them to carry their phones, but they can only use it while on a break?
