As a business owner, you might be receiving feedback from your customers and associates frequently. When you receive feedback do you actually take them seriously and try to make changes in your product, service, or business to accommodate feedback, or do you simply ignore them?

When you get feedback from your customers and it's something that's true about your business, you owe it to your customers to have it implemented. When you don't implement the feedbacks to make your business better, it means that you don't care about your customers. They may leave your business as a result of that negligence.

Well, there are many companies that do take such kind of complaints in an efficient manner and I think that this is a major sign that the business takes things seriously. This is also one of the major reasons why many companies become successful. They pursue the customer and ask them if the problem has been fixed or not.

There is no way you are expected to keep quiet in your business after receiving negative feedbacks from your customers. The right thing for you to do is to conduct investigation to find out exactly what led to the negativity of the reviews your customers gave in your business products and services. If there is a very good explanation for what happened, you should work on that immediately before you push out another set of products to your customers.

Sometimes sure. It's why they call it feedback. Some feedback can be fantastic, and help your business or service grow. Some feedback can be bad though, but it's easy to find those and just disregard them. But yeah, I love getting feedback from other people. It helps give you an idea what's working and what isn't.

My business is a freelance business and I am always happy for customers to leave some kind of feedback regarding my services if they wish to.

Any feedback I receive I always tend to take it into consideration and try to implement it if it is something regarding how I can improve my service.

Yeah, that's very correct. Feedback is something that goes both ways which is why you have to make sure that you evaluate everything that came from your customers as feedback and make sure that they are something that is feasible for you to implement in your business. This is so that your customers are going to realise that you the valued opinion they give you in your business.

Well, I have seen that many businesses never take feedback that much seriously. I once visited a very popular restaurant in our locality. I suggested them to add fresh juices in their menu, but they never acted upon it. This makes it very hard for many businesses as they never listen to their customers.

I believe that the reason why some feedbacks are not worked on is simply because it is not what is going to be beneficial to the company. Take for instance, the feedback you gave the restaurant to add fresh juice in the menu, they might possibly not be getting enough order for fresh juice which is going to make it a very bad business decision to make provision of those fresh juice and most of their customers are not going to order for it.
