Usually the directory list is displayed after FTP login to any web hosting account. However, in one case, the directory list not visible after FTP to Cpanel web hosting account. Does anyone know the cause of this problem and how to fix it?

It is may be for firewall or something like that or question of authorizations so you have to review if IP has changed or activated whitelist IP address for FTP or permissions generally.

I have experienced a similar problem a couple of times and the issue is normally fixed by restarting the FPT client.
