The decline in reading culture among the younger generation is a concern. With the rise of technology, it seems that reading for leisure is becoming a lost art. Let's encourage and foster a love for books and reading among the youth for a well-rounded and culturally enriched future."

I am hoping that a change comes. Life is all about understanding what change is all about and making the right fixes where necessary. So, when it comes to reading, I feel we, as a people, need to imbibe the reading culture in us again. That is the only way to have a better experience of becoming knowledgeable about things of life.

I've never stopped reading. I know the power of having knowledge and information which is why don't slow down in reading good books (printed and ebooks). I have a target to read 10 books every year.

I am a great fan of reading, and many friends and acquaintances of mine are, but I have realized that at a general level in society, people read less and less, or that the books that sell the most are a little less than swill, people are not willing to spend so much time reading a book when they can acquire information in other ways more "lightly" so to speak way.

Most people now find it more easier to watch than to read. Truly, there have been a massive decline in our old reading culture. Personally, I'm part of those whom have changed too. I can remember those days when we used to flock the library every day but that doesn't happen with me today.
