Good question. I think the idea we have yelp and other review sites helps give us customers more leeway when issues arise.

I think it's easier to find what you're looking for these days. Especially when it comes to items that may not be available in your area.

And then there's digital items which has made everything from music, movies, tv shows, books more affordable and easier to get.
 
I'll like to give 2 important key points among others on building customers loyalty:
1. You must be loyal to the customers if you want them to return their loyalty. Being loyal to them in the area of quality assurance, consistency etc.
2. You must make the customers feel very important and honourable.

There was a time when even banks in my country never used any kind of technology when it comes to banking. They were relying on old systems. I have heard that even today many governmental banks still rely on old ways when it comes to recording transaction in journals. However, majortity of the banks now use modern software.

It would have been a torture for the workers who used to work in the bank during that time because having to compile all those manual recording for a lot of customers transaction is always going to be taking a lot of time and a lot of work. For the record, there will be serious mistakes.

Yeah, that's very correct. I see a lot of people who are doing it on Twitter most of the time and they get immediate response from those who are managing the business social media twitter account. It's a good channel to reach companies.
 
Today people have too many choices, they also like to frequently try out new things. Therefore, it is really difficult for a business to make people continue to use the product. However, if you can associate your product with a lifestyle and if you promote the lifestyle instead of the product itself, you might be able to sell. We are living during the times where we have to focus on digital platforms in order to conduct business. However, conducting a business is much more than simply improving strategies involving utilising digital products and platforms. The fact of the matter remains that people must still never abandon traditional marketing techniques during the digital age.

Well, when you are still making use of traditional marketing techniques and it is still effective in getting result towards selling of your business product and services, I don't see any reason why you should abandon and eliminate it from your strategies of selling your products.

It is something that you can actually combine with digital marketing techniques so that you will be getting results from both ends.
