That was carelessness to the highest order because transaction history of everything that is being done in a crypto platform will be recorded, they could have seen it long ago. Anyway there is no need to cry over a spilt milk they should be looking forward to prevent this from happening next time.

Though it was due to their carelessness in which they mistakenly that huge amount to someone and did not even realised for good six month , and it was a blessing to the woman .
 
It was due to their carelessness but how they were able to find out after a period of six months is still what I don't understand. And besides it wasn't really a blessing because the woman should have realised that could have been a mistake from the system. She was just greedy. That's all @Shigobad2020
 
This is really crazy. For a major glitch like this to occur shows the extent of work put into the platform's security. This speaks volume of the crypto world and how not so hack proof as being portrayed.
