I own small forums where there are not much activities, so there are no controversies. However, I have been a member and also a staff on many big forums where there were so many controversies. I hear that some forum owners have users who are specifically assigned to create controversies in the forum, how true is this? As a forum owner, do you allow controversies? Do you think controversies improve engagement?
