Do you hate how CPA ad networks only give Americans the good offers?? I mean I may be from NZ, but I would still- if I were using CPA- get my traffic from US people. So what's the issue? Are there any CPA networks that are different and open up offers to publishers from all countries?

They are- but their advertisers don't like people from outside the US...
