Is it possible to put up a home on a random piece of land in the the middle of nowhere? Or is it illegal to claim any bit of land for yourself, even if it's out in the middle of nowhere?

I wouldn't mind one day going out into the woods and building a small cabin to use by myself. But I would imagine you need to own that land, and as well, most public land might be protected by law and all that.

It is very possible to put a home in a random piece of land, but is just that you have to know if the land is safe from predators or not before building, so that you will not waste your energy.

Is pretty much possible to put up houses on a random and that is most often done when you are in position or control of resources because it also another way through which you can make good morning.

You may certainly buy land in the woods, but you first have to meet the terms of the owner and the regulating body. Building on land that you do not own or lease is a violation of the law.

I will never construct my buildings on just anywhere. I look at my comfortability and not just building of houses anywhere . I would patiently wait for the right time to cite my buildings in an eco-friendly environment.

No, I won't build a property just anywhere. I would rather look for somewhere that will be comfortable and okay so that whenever I put the property for sale it won't be hard finding a buyer.

Well to me I can not just build my property everywhere, I will select a comfortable place where such property or building is suitable and can be patronize anytime without having losses.

In every country it is the authorities that are involve in the control and regulation on all lands and how they are aquire, though there might be some traditional means through which one can own a land, but goverment still have the regualtory powers on full allocation.

There's nothing wrong with building house anywhere as long as you get approval for it. I know people that many house in various places. But in some cases, you need to get approval before you can build anything.

The more reason why you need t research very well before erecting any structure anywhere. To this, the answer to your question is a definite NO as there's either a owner or the land belongs to the state which when either come to lay claim would render you helpless and that's not the best

Making a proper research would definitely save one from unnecessary regrets.
Its not everywhere one can erect any structure except if the intents is not make money.

That is true,in every society there are laws that govern how persons should own a land and the process of going about it,you cannot just enter into an empty land and begin to develop it,it's not done that way.

Some years back during the time of our great grand parents, they don't need a permission from any authority to build house out of any where, but in our present work you most legally own a land and get permission before using the land for anything.

Actually it may be cool for some people to do so but personally I will prefer to have all my estate investment in a particular area where it will be more secure under security watch than having in different locations.

There are places that are not good to build properties. It can be due to the security reasons or otherwise, but it is essential to weigh such decisions before executing your plan

You would definitely need to own the land as to avoid any form of troubles in the future. Not after you finish building, then you start seeing various factions coming to claim your property.

Not really, building project is actually good as part of investments but it shouldn't be any where. Location should be the determiner to not experience investment damage.

In our country, if the property is not owned by any individual or business, it is owned by the government. Since all of the unoccupied land mass is owned by the government it is illegal to construct property just becayse you doi not see any owners around.

also you need to make sure you involve urban planners and surveyors after buying land as some lands are marked on government developmental plans like road dualization or construction of railway which could make you lose your property in the future.
