There are many countries that might be regulating certain kinds of local markets. However, when it comes to international labour market, many people would be concerned about it. There is a lots of exploitation when it comes to international labour market, so can such kind of market get regulated?

The International Labour Market is focused on employment regulations across boarders. They are the body which regulates how workers are employed. They enact the labour market policies, cover wage arrangements, decides on the workers social benefits and so much more.

There are international laws that regulate international labor market. These laws are formulated and monitored by international orgaizatios like United nation s and International Labor Organization.

The main problem here is the fact that the laws related to labour market are quite different in many different companies. There are many recruitment companies that are hiring many labours and workers for different kinds of company in the international market and they do not follow a specific kind of law. This is why I think that the labour market should be regulated.

Yes, each state have their own labor laws which regulates the labor sector there but if it comes to the state's involvement in the international community, they will obey the labor laws of the international communities like UN, IMF etc.

The truth is that in most cases, the spillover effects don't even get to many countries as expected because of the sovereignty that exists in a lot of countries. What will you say when a particular sector in a country is not following the regulations and the employees complain? Nothing. They will only try to find a common ground which sometimes doesn't work out as expected.
