You may not be a great communicator in real life, however, it is easy in the virtual work, all you have to do is write few good lines, send emoji, emoticons, stickers etc. When you are sharing on social site, just don't drop links, also share polls, quiz, infographics, short videos to increase interaction.

This your assertion is very true, it reminds me of what happened to me some days back, I withdrew my earnings from this forum and sent it to my bank account only to discover that they are deducting a certain amount from the money.

I totally agree with you on this. And one of the most important relationship one can build with client is that of trust. Trust is what would make a client advertise your products to others because they believe in your credibility.
 
I was once an admin of an e-magazine website which was not easy to handle because of some inquiries that are not in our jurisdiction. But you are right that we have to talk to people who are posting queries. The e-magazine is about entertainment and our organization is a non-profit company for local movies. So many questions are about wanting to be in the movies as actor or even extra. Some are asking for pictures of celebrities. It was not easy to reply to all of them but that was my duty.

This is very true. Conversing with people makes them feel heard and so they become hooked to your company. You should not ignore people, especially if they are inquiring about the company's products or services. Interaction is how you build network and gain customers.
