Forgot to mention that the tool is written with JavaScript, and it uses the Mersenne Twister random number generator to provide a uniform distribution of winners, and this way insure the fairness of the contest.

Thank you for the link. I haven't ran many contests before but I do about about the website that you have mentioned. It's a useful website and it's a fair way of picking a winner since it's a generator and it's saves you from having to pick a winner from random.
