NOTE: We are temporarily on DigitalOcean, which has sometimes caused issues with emails being marked as spam. So I've enabled gmail for the email settings, for now. Once we are on our permanent host, the email issue should go away and we should be able to switch back to native built-in email system.

I believe email verification should work now, since we temporarily set it up with Gmail SMTP temporarily.

Note: Sometime this week, we'll be migrating to a new host, which means it may be down for a time, but I will let you know in this thread the day we plan on doing the server migration.

It looks like even after changing outgoing email settings to Gmail SMTP, it's still not sending email validations. Whoever takes the second part, please @ me when your registered so I can manually validate your account until this is resolved.
