Something we see so much of now and you have probably used one of these methods when you have needed to contact customer support is either a chatbot or AI-powered customer support.

With your experience with chatbots and AI-powered customer support either as a user of them or as someone who runs a business or community that uses them, do you find them ideal and would you say they are worth using?

I think they can be useful at times, but at the end of the day I believe that a human will always be a better solution to solve problems that your users might have over AI.
I agree! Humans tend to find out about things much sooner than AI can be programmed to give that answer and humans will always be ahead when it comes to that.

AI is useful in terms of it can lower the workload for some but it may not always be better than human interaction for as you say, problems someone may have.
