People need basic care however it depends from your financial situation as unfortenally not everyone is able to pay for health insurance due to low salary or income or bad financial situation and high expense of insurance.

There are many government run hospitals here in my country that provide quality health care and treatment at a very affordable price. Yes, their infrastructure and facilities might not match to the fancy five star quality of private hospitals, but one can vouch on the qualified doctors and staffs and the treatment facilities. But then these hospitals get very crowded.
There are charitable hospitals that run totally on donations and charity. They help so many in need

We have the same over here in the UK, we have certain healthcare companies that will help sick children at no cost to their parents as donations help with that. As much as I would love to see that expanded for all, I don't believe only donations alone would cover the costs to expand it to all.
