Some movie series is based on characters. The movies show what the character does in every new sequel. Some movie series is based on stories and they explore interesting stories in every sequel. What is your favorite movie series? I like character-based movies that are developed into series, some of my favorite movie series are John Wick, Rocky, The Godfather, etc. I also like story-based movie series like The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, etc. however, my preference is always Character based movie series.
