Sincerely I can figure out how much number of time I spent on my phone everyday. I spent almost all day on phone at all times everyday because that how where I do most of my activities, listen to music and radio and work online everytime

I don't really spend much time on my mobile phone, I usually spend more time on my computer, I think I don't spend 30 minutes a day using the mobile phone, I only use it to check email, WhatsApp, make phone calls and use online banking.

I spend literally 8 hours on my phone daily trying to catch with clients' jobs, playing games, and chatting with my family and friends. To me, as long as there is an Internet connection on my mobile device, I can achieve a whole lot of things with it.

I'm on my phone a lot, but I don't think it's to the point where I'm addicted or heavily reliant on it. I've come to find out that I am somewhat reliant on it, because I take it everywhere. SO maybe I'm a little addicted to using my phone.

I use my cell phone not just to make calls and text but also as a medium to connect with my clients and customers. I do not use cell phones to watch tiktoks and Reels, or check Instagram feed, I use it for work related things. When I work my cell phone will always be next to my computer. I think I spend around 4-5 hours every day on my phone.

I tend to use my cell phone a lot to not only make calls and text but to also reply to messages, check for payments that have been received and sometimes even to do work that is needed as well when I am on the go.

I would say I spend around 8 - 12 hours a day using my phone but it can vary day by day depending on what I have to do that day.

I am always on my smartphone because a lot of the job that I'm doing are always being carried out with my smartphone. I also tend to chat a lot with my smartphone because I'm the kind of person that is more into chatting than calls. I really hate being called on my phone for any reason unless it is an emergency.

On average? maybe an hour spread throughout the day. I am not really a phone users. I don't sit on my phone and browse, I mostly only text my wife, and I don't use social apps on my phone either.

There are some smartphone you are going to use which will have an application that helps to keep track of how you make use of the smartphone. I believe it's something that is very common with Samsung devices where they have device well being check software. It helps to tell you how you have used your smartphone and how many hours you have used it in a week.
