I started my online journey by writing for websites. It took a few years to be able to receive payment from the website where I published my work but my income gradually improved. Just in a few years, I was making around $700 just by writing for a couple of websites. Then the websites started shutting down or reduced payment and my income drastically reduced. Therefore I started looking for other avenues like self hosted blogging or website creation. You can still find a lot of websites offering earning opportunities for people to write and earn but the question is can you still earn decently by writing for these websites?
