These days you can see every business, small or big, having Facebook pages, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn accounts, Instagram accounts. Businesses might not be using every social media platform in the market but they are using at least a couple of sites. Having presence on social media helps to build the brand as well as connect with potential customers.

I think it isn't just about social media but having a social media campaign. You want something that will work and you want as many people to be talking about your brand as possible. Having something like a meme for viral on Twitter is just one example.

You won't compare the success of social media marketing to traditional marketing. Traditional marketing have had it run and it's out of smoke. Wider business reach makes the use of social media to promote business far more better.

I think in many ways, that social media marketing is best. Traditional marketing measures are still important, but the fact of the matter is, that people are all over social media these days. Whether it be Facebook, instagram, twitter, tiktok, etc, people are flocking to these platforms and are living hours on them. Marketing on each of these platforms is recommended just for the sheer amount of activity these sites get. Don't stop traditional means, just focus more on social media marketing and I think more people will take notice.

For example an influencer I worked for, would get a boost of traffic when they posted they were going live on their instagram for example. They would stream on twitch and when they promoted on social media, we'd get a decent amount of traffic in on the stream. It just goes to show that social media can benefit you just as much as other means of promotion.

Personally I don't take traditional marketing seriously today because whenever someone tries to walk up to me and sell something their company have, I don't usually take them seriously because I prefer getting whatever thing I want to make use of online which is why I believe that using Social Media Marketing is the key today when it comes to product or brand awareness creation.

I think that underestimating the potential of traditional marketing and advertising methods could be a big mistake. Traditional marketing and advertising methods are pretty effective and I think that these marketing techniques will never lose their effectiveness, even during the era of AI (Artificial Intelligence).

I think the social media marketing would be better as it's something do online and would most definitely help you reach out to a lot of people or customers. The traditional method would only enlighten those around you.
