Bitcoinerfreelance.com is a page where freelancers are hired to do independent work which they can charge in Bitcoin directly, it is a really new site with little competition, the website is reliable (tested by me) and I know the user who created it in another forum's website, maybe you don't get as many jobs there because the site is newer, but it's worth trying.

I have bookmarked the site but I am yet to join. Once, I was in a site called xbtfreelancer where I earned bitcoin for freelancing but the site closed down a lot time ago. I will soon sign up on bitcoinfreelancer.
