Creating or strengthening the company culture always needs focus and commitment. As a business owner, you need to be clear on what matters to you, encourage people to share ideas with you and encourage working together as a team.

Also, there is need to reward performance and assign time to work and play. Lastly, be very open with decision making and always praise your team’s efforts.

One of the pressing issues regarding company culture is the pay gap between the higher level staff and junior level staff. well, it is understandable that CEO and manager will certainly make more than the subordinates but the gap is so huge that workers are no longer loyal to the company. Another major issue is job security, staff are always under a threat of losing jobs due to lay off or introduction of robots.
