I have already found Ewallhost.com started to offer SPECIAL:
.COM domain for only $3.99 + Bulk registration at the same price!

Do you think I can trust them? Any alternatives?

I use to advise website owners that it is not only all about cheap plan offers but the quality of the service, customer care service should also be checked too. I make use of Who Go host to register two of my domain names. I use the registry because it is pretty much easier for me to pay write from my local bank account. Another one I used is Name Cheap.

The most popular and cheapest (not downplaying their services which are excellent anyways) is GoDaddy. Their services start from as low as $1/month.
Other great places to checkout include bluehost, hostinger. They're relative cheap to use too.

My classmate Mark have been making of Namecheap for years now and it serves him well to his satisfaction. I think there was a time ran a promo and gave 50% discount last year.
