Wordpress is a great option, that is widely used by many. I've used it for many of my past sites, and still use it for some. When you pay to use their services, you get a whole suite of options. As well, a bunch of themes and options to make your wordpress site your own site.

It all comes down to what you would like to host.
If it's a blog, then you could go for wordpress and if it's a forum, I remember some websites like icyboards, which can provide hosting for free. If you are looking for a normal website to build from scratch, then you could us webs.com . It's got a website builder of it's own.

Just remember that you will be having many limitations, when it comes to free web hosting. I would suggest a paid web hosting, if you really want to setup a website, to make your mark in this virtual world.

the best is wordpress, good it never exists for free, those people pay for maintenance as well as the cost of the servers they host web hosting, so you will have many limitations compared to a paid webhost, such as those from 000webhost, many limitations, low speed, and no guarantee that your site works non-stop ... you can find a webhost for $ 1.

I never recommend someone to use free hosting, it's nothing but a universal scam. A web host for $10/month is more worth than taking a risk

Yes I agree and if fact you can get as low as $2.95/month from HostGator or any other web hosting sites. In fact you get cheapest hosting in Black Friday deals which you can get $0.99/month if you buy for 2-3 years.

You can try WordPress, they have both free and paid hosting plan. But if you consider future plan and growth, I would advice you to go for the paid plan to have more access to your website. Other options you can also look into are DomainKing, GoDaddy and Namecheap

I think you should try free hosting.ion incase you don't want to use a subdomain site for your hosting that's just it

I don't recommend free hosting but if you really want , try 000webhost.com

Free Web Hosting

Zero cost website hosting with PHP, MySQL, cPanel & no ads!

Their is too many web hosting sites out there to help you with your hosting badge, sites like, wix, WordPress, ojooo.com can be of good help in hosting tremendous site for you. Depending your aim or vision on it.

I have never tried free hosting, therefore, I cannot recommend any. However, I hear that 000webhost is good. They claim ti give you 99 percent uptime. By the way, if you do not want to pay for hosting, why don't you try to map a domain with blogger. Your website will be ready just in a couple of minutes without paying for hosting.

I do not have any experience but I hear 000webhost gives you everything that a paid hosting gives, for example, cpanel, php, mysqul, etc. However, the bandwidth you receive is very low and uptime is not guaranteed even though they claim 99 percent uptime.

there are various risks and catches involve when using free web hosting services. However, all free web hosting services allow you to upgrade to their paid plan- which will move your websites out of the free server box and eliminate most risks.

Just as those before me have mentioned WordPress stands out amonst many other hosting sites. It is one of the biggest and safest out there. You can get discounts and there are numerous plugins for you to use on your sites. When webhosting is spoken about the first thing that comes to my mind is WordPress.

I have never used free web hosting before and I strongly recommend not using it. I don't think there's any free web hosting services provider that can offer you what you want. It is better to subscribe to a paid web hosting service and get full value cut what you pay for.

There is no free web hosting that can give you what you want without subscribe to it. I had searched for the kind of free web hosting before until I was introduced to WordPress as a best free web hosting, and I tried using it but I did not certify because i could not get all what I want.

Whilst free hosting is not great, there are some hosting services out there that are not too bad. My personal recommendation would be X10Hosting. There was a brief period where I used them and they were the best free hosting service that I have used. They don't put any ads on your site and it's extremely easy to manage your site with them. You can choose to get a free subdomain from them or point your purchased domain to them.

The only requirement is that you log in to your account at least once every month.

If you have a small website, with limited traffic, or no traffic, with limited contents or no content, you are good to try free hosting. You can always move your site to a better hosting service when it starts growing.

WordPress is the best free website hosting services on the world wide web and I can tell you that what was also have all these details that you have mentioned so far regarding the kind of website hosting you would want for your website.
