Been approached to sell your domain?

As a webmaster, i'm sure we've all bought plenty of domains in the past. Has anyone ever approached you to sell your domain? I've been approached by a few people over the years to sell Revillution's domain name to them. It's just not for sale. . Has anyone ever wanted to purchase any of your domain names?

Frankly speaking, I have never been approached to sell my domain names. However, I have sold a lot of domains along with the websites attached to them. Interestingly a lot of people who bought my websites only wanted the content and they were not interested in the domain.

One of my forums, someone kept wanting to buy. He offered well over what I actually paid for it but I declined it. He still asks every now and then, usually a few times a year if it is for sale. The answer is always no.

I remember back when I had my general discussion forum, I ended up having someone come to my forum and personally PM me asking if I would sell the domain as well as the site.

I knew that because they had only just registered that they were not interested in the site itself but more so that they just wanted the domain. After the amount of work I had put into the site, I wasn't ready to sell it all to someone who had no care for the forum itself so I declined and told them I wasn't after selling either.
