Thank you for the advice. I agree, the text message that my bank sends me even states not to give the code to anyone, including the staff of the bank. I also make sure I choose complex passwords which are different to my other online profiles.

I know most of their tricks and the best bet is not to give them information about your personal details or your accounts over the phone. Go to your bank for any queries
