As a business person, do you pay yourself a salary? If so, how do you determine the amount and frequency of your pay? And if not, what are the reasons for not doing so? Is it right or wrong for a business person to pay himself?

I assured to pay myself certain amount of money in a month and that is what I would use for the upkeep. It is not good to dip hands into the business money because it could militate against the progress of the business.

When I start a business, I do not pay myself a salary, instead of paying a salary I con sider hiring people to run my business or invest the money in the business. Once the business start generating profits, I will start getting a salary. I always make sure I get lower salary so that I can avod paying higher income taxes.

Yes, as a business person, I do pay myself a salary, and I have a fixed salary for myself every month. This consistent income helps me manage my personal finances and cover my regular expenses. It's a way to ensure stability in my own life while I work on growing and managing my business.
