As a boss, do you work less hours than your employees?

If you happen to be a boss, do you ever take time away from work and let the employees hold the fort? Do you ever work less hours than your employees?

I think if I was the boss of a business with employees, I'd probably work less hours than the employees. But it wouldn't be by a lot I imagine. I'd still put in the work.

As a boss, I work more hours than my staff. My staff work only for money, but I work for building business and making it profitable. If the business goes into a loss,my staff will leave it and work else where, however, I will lose a lot of things when business fails. Therefore, I worker more hours.
